Ass HRD Manager 

Responsibilities:
  • Develops Human Resources policies and programs according company Vision and Mission. 
  • Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives for the company.
  • Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale.
  • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Human Resources function. 
  • Protects interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations. 
  • Coordinates activities across division lines.  Evaluates plans and changes to plans.  Makes recommendations to senior management.
  • Monitors for effectiveness and cost containments.
  • Selects and coordinates use of Human Resources consultants, insurance brokers, insurance carriers, pension administrators, training specialists, labor counsel, and other outside sources.
  • Directs the preparation and maintenance of such reports as are necessary to carry out functions of department.  Prepares periodic reports to top management, as necessary or requested.
  • Keeps supervisor informed of up date information
  • Assumes other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Maximum 30 years old.
  • Bachelor Degree in any field, from reputable University.
  • Minimal 5 year experience at HR Organization Development.
  • Familiar with all HR Aspect.
  • Mature, good communication, good personality, friendly, honest, high motivated, communicated, smart, creative, initiative, analytical, cooperative, can work at under pressure and fast changing environment.
  • Can operated computer, internet, email.
  • Willing to be placed in Semarang.
