Head of HR
Responsibilities :
- Develop and transform the Organization & People operating plan effectively
- Drive a culture of growing people and strong talent management
- Organization effectiveness - Absorb business strategy, identify implications and priorities, implement action plans, and evaluate interventions around organization design, leadership team effectiveness, employee engagement, and business capability development.
- Manage and implement organization change (in terms of objectives, structure, processes, resource, performance and capabilities) to deliver continuous organizational improvements
- Diagnose and deliver full talent interventions (quality, diversity and depth) against business needs
- Strong leadership presence and impact as a senior management to contribute towards the HR agenda
- Be a role model for engaging, leading and developing people in the business by releasing their potential
- Degree qualified with at least 10 years of progressive HR experience and willing to be hands-on
- Experience in a start-up role, setting up of an appropriate HR structure from ground up will be an advantage
- Entrepreneur and work well in an owner managed outfit and transform into a corporate setup
- Prior experience managing a sizeable headcount
- Bilingual language in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong knowledge and experience with Indonesia labour law
- Prior experience in labour relations and have a strong ability to provide counselling, grievance handling, people management and effective problem solving skills
- Willing to locate in Medan is a must
