QA System Manager
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the GMP activities with regards to validation, qualification and calibration
- Evaluating, implementing and applying regulatory and the current GMP requirements (including global requirements, country specific and dossier) into local Quality Management System
- Responsible to ensure the availability of Validation Master Plan and Training Plan each year including the implementation
- Ensuring the GMP oversight of all aspects of manufacturing including design, control, validation, qualification, transfer and compilation of quality related matters for products manufactured at third parties including starting material manufacturers and suppliers, toll manufacturers
- Ensuring GDP oversight of all aspects of warehousing and distribution at third party warehouse and distributor
- Coordinates and performs GMP auditing to supplier, third party manufacturer as well as service providers including supplier certification and dealing with Authorities for GMP auditing at Cimanggis Site
- Responsible to ensure the performance of investigation and CAPA implementation of each observation to close GMP audits outs as per committed time line
- Responsible to ensure availability of QAA for third party manufacturer, distributors, suppliers as well as service providers
- Responsible for change management process by evaluating the risk in Cimanggis Site
- Responsible to manage quality central documentation
- As a deputy of Head of Quality for batch disposition and dealing with any decision relates to quality aspect which is urgent to be taken during the absence of QA Operations Manager and the Head of Quality
- OE culture enhancement and spirit of reduction complexity to deal with Site growth to maintain the competitiveness
- Be a Pharmacist with minimum 3 years experience in GMP aspects
- Be familiar with GMP principles; occupational safety and health, and environment control and all relevant Government regulations in quality operations
- Be familiar with Bayer Quality Assurance/Control procedures and Government policies relating to the quality of Ethical, OTC and Food Supplement products
- Support the effort of maintaining competitiveness of the Quality Department
- Skilled to work within an international team and has ability to work within team
- Be able to resist any influence, which would hamper management decision making during the absence of Head of Quality
