Support Analyst
Primary role purpose:
- As a Support Analyst you will be part of our Partner Platform and Business Application Support team, fully responsible in supporting the integration of new high value customers into the current suite of Inmarsat solutions and other new services that are introduced
- Reporting to the Manager within the department, the Support will use their technical skills combined with experience to be the primary technical interface in support of existing applications/solutions and supporting the functionality of core systems and platforms
Responsibilities:
- Working within a support team to ensure our products and services continue to meet customer expectations
- Engaging with technical and non-technical internal/external customer contacts to support new & existing products and services
- Proactively monitoring services to ensure they are maintained, enhanced and operate effectively
Requirements:
- Essential Knowledge and Skills:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Technology Diploma from a recognized institution or equivalent
- Experience in a Technical Support role would be considered an asset
- Broad technical background and experience with technologies such as: .NET, Java, Web Services, Python, JavaScript, Node.js, Oracle and SQL Server
- Desirable Knowledge and Skills:
- ITIL certified
- Experience in MS Dynamics
- Experience of Enterprise Application Interface or Network Mediation Systems
- Experience of mobile/telecommunications industry
- Experience in using modern web technologies including cloud computing based API's and protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML and XSLT)
- Knowledge of API Gateway tools such as Layer 7 or Apigee
- Understanding of Message Queue Technology
- The successful candidate will have well-developed computer skills in MS Office/Professional suites including Excel, Project and Visio. As well, he or she will have excellent oral and written communication skills and a history of being a team player and team builder as well as a self-starter and self-motivated

Product Engineer (Product Development Assurance)
Responsibilities:
- Coordination and responsible for new product and prototype from the trial until finishing
- Issue product specification and bill of material
- Calculate and verify the product parameters are in accordance to the related standards
- Prepare product designs base on the customer requirements
- Cost structure analyze and Applied for alternative material usage
- Follow up hidden factor
- Monitoring product compliance to develop and improve the existing products base on the market demands
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering or engineering related
- Experience in the same position or related at least 1 year
- Smart worker, possess strong analytical skill, good attitude and responsible person
- Proficient in MS. Office, Engineering drawing skill (Auto CAD 2D or 3D) and familiar to do presentation
- Able to communicate in English both oral and written
