Halal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Manage all master documents, procedure, Work Instruction (WI), and supporting Documents related to Halal Certification.
- Arrange meeting , take meeting minutes of all meeting and discussion on Halal Preparation, do assessment during Halal Certification and Post Halal Certification
- Become part of Special Task Force for Doc Preparation during certification
- Become member of Halal Committee
- Act as a time keeper on Halal Certification Progress
- Monitor the development process during certification
- Able to do the pre-audit and internal audit during preparation of certification
- Maintain Halal compliances
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in the related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Understand Halal Certification process
- Meticulous, diligent and able to work under tight schedule
- Good command of English both oral and written.
- Proficient in computer softwares such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
