Outlet Manager (OM) for Coffee Bean
Responsibilities:
- Has the ability to manage the team and setting high standard for customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Monitor store to provide Gold Standard service.
- To carry out QSC (Quality, Service, & Cleanliness).
- Recognise and acknowledge regular customers to ensure continued return to the restaurant
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience as a Outlet Manager / Supervisor.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Surabaya Area (Pakuwon).
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Willing to work shift
- Have a strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Create marketing forecast
- Analyse sales trends
- Measure forecast accuracy
Requirements:

- A bachelor degree (S1) in industrial engineering with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00 scale
- At least 3 years experience in supervisor forecast industry.
- Proficient in Indonesian and English both spoken and written
- Able to analyze sales.

- Mastery Ms. Excel and statistically.
- Havea good analitycal thingking.
- Able to evaluate production data last year and make an improvement.
